2005 launched Mr Pickford’s Pharmacy and steadily invested to build up a small Community & High Street Pharmacy Group

2014 onwards invested in Research & Development to develop Automated Factory Dispensing Systems

2018/19 created a Pharmacy rapid Buy & Build Strategy to take advantage of the efficiencies generated from developing the Automated Factory Dispensing Technology

2019/20 recruited a new Management Team capable of scaling up by rapid acquisition of Pharmacy sites

2020/21 took on Investment Partners to co-fund the rapid Pharmacy Buy & Build plans

2021 launched in summer by acquiring 20+ Pharmacy sites plus targeting acquisition of around 50 Pharmacy sites over next 5 years

Exit planned for 2026/27 by way of sell-off of the entire Pharmacy Group together with its inbuilt Automated Factory Dispensing Technology
